Years ago, when I was still in the work force, our company paid beaucoup bucks for a seminar we all had to take. It was called, “Integrity Selling.” I really learned a lot from this seminar. The Founder, and Author of the book must have known a lot about God, and His precepts, for it was Biblical in many ways. Take a look at the following, and you’ll see what I mean. -anita

The night is nearly over. The day is almost here. –Romans 13:12
If you were given only six words to write a powerful, inspiring story…could you do it?
After reading the above verse, these are the six words that came to my mind:
WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH TOMORROW?

I pulled the following from my Promise Box this morning, and wanted to share this thought with you…. When things get rough today, just remember…God has a hedge of protection around you, and your’s; He has put His angels in charge of taking care of you! -anita

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving Day! The blessings of God are abundant in our everyday lives if we will just look for them!
I want to share a poem with you. I wrote it in November of 2009. The following things are just a few of God’s blessings in my life. Take inventory…I’m sure you’ll find many blessings as well! When you recount them all…don’t forget to thank Him!

Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend to heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in Sheol, behold, You are there. If I take the wings of the dawn, If I dwell in the remotest part of the sea,…even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast. Psalms 139:7-10 Read more…

I wrote the following poem one day while on a fishing trip in the mountains with my husband. Not sure if I’ve ever shared it before…but I’m just having a thankful day. So grateful for all of God’s love and mercy towards me…including all the beauty He supplies every day if I’ll just take the time to stop and look…. -anita Read more…

When folks hear the word, ‘Tithe’, they usually turn the volume down. Why is that? Because no one wants to give their hard-earned money away…not to anyone, especially to God!
The thing that most Christians fail to realize is that God DOES NOT, I repeat…DOES NOT NEED your money! He just wants your obedience. He wants us to depend upon Him for our needs. Read more…

At times, we of the lower middle class look at those more financially fortunate than ourselves, and envy what they have.
We wish our house was larger, our car newer, our bank account more substantial. Even Christians find themselves always wishing for more. It is a malady of the human spirit. We never seem to be satisfied!

Has there ever been a time in your life that you’ve felt you’re “too far gone” for God’s love to reach you? Perhaps you’ve committed a heinous crime against society…rape, murder, theft, or the like, and now you’re in prison. Maybe it was a sin against your spouse…an affair. Perhaps you’re an addict of drugs or alcohol. Maybe you belong to God, you’re saved, born-again…a Believer, but you’ve strayed far from home, wallowed in the sinful life you lived before you come to know the Savior, and now you wonder if God’s mercy and grace will stoop to hear your prayers asking for forgiveness.
When God looks at us, it’s through eyes of love. He doesn’t label us.

found something my husband wrote a long time ago. It was hidden in a drawer…deep within the pages of a note-book. When I read it…I thought about the following verses in Isaiah. Take a look—then, take heart! God WILL make a way…through, and out of whatever predicament you find yourself in! -anita
